Maria Rewakowicz was born in Poland, and currently lives
in Toronto, Canada. She had her literary debut in the journal SUCHASNIST in the mid-1980s. Her first two collections
FROM A WANDERER'S SACK (1987) and WHISPERING, WHISPERING (1989) were published by the New York Group; SOFT E (1992) appeared in "Tyrsa," a Publishing Agency in Warsaw, Poland. The book we propose here includes all three collections mentioned above as well as the new one, entitled
THE GREEN ROOF.
